A precise parking location saves confusion
If the car will not start after your visit, note the car-park name and the signs around your vehicle. A shop name may not identify the correct entrance. Include the level and row or zone if one is marked, and a nearby entrance or other visible landmark.
Tell us about access
Mention height restrictions, barriers and anything blocking the car. If it is between pillars or another vehicle prevents access, describe that before assistance is agreed. Our portable super booster packs can be taken to a car on an upper level even where a recovery truck cannot reach it. Tell us any pedestrian access or entry instructions; vehicle recovery, if needed, requires a separate loading assessment.

Give the vehicle details as well as the location
Have the registration, make and model ready. Explain what you hear or see when you try to start, and whether you have the keys. Avoid assuming that every starting problem can be resolved with a jump start.
Before you leave the car
Agree with the team how the vehicle can be accessed and who can provide the keys. If recovery is needed, confirm the destination and whether somebody can receive it. Ask about availability and price for your actual situation rather than relying on a fixed time advertised on an older page.
