Planned vehicle collection and delivery

A quotation for the whole move

Provide the collection and delivery postcodes, preferred date and any time restrictions at either end. Tell us the registration, make and model and whether the vehicle starts, rolls, steers and brakes normally. A car that is ready to load presents a different job from one with seized wheels, missing keys or damage underneath.

Include relevant access details: narrow lanes, low barriers, underground parking, steep driveways or a garage that needs advance notice. For a longer-distance journey, discuss the actual route and destination with us rather than assuming every collection falls within the same price or availability.

Make the handover straightforward

Before collection, agree who can authorise release of the vehicle and provide the keys. At the destination, confirm that somebody can receive it or that a specific handover arrangement has been agreed. Let us know about any existing damage or items affecting loading before the move is booked.
